Reiki Healing

I begin the session by checking each of your chakras to identify blockages. I then use various light-touch and non-contact hand positions to channel reiki into the chakras. All that is required of you is to relax and enjoy the experience.

Once the treatment is complete I talk you through the chakras and any blockages or imbalances and provide some guidance.

I recommend an average of three sessions, a week or so apart, to get the full benefit of Reiki.

Distance Reiki Healing

This session is received wherever in the world you are, by proxy. We will arrange for a specific date and time to conduct the session; I will connect with you energetically at the appointment time and provide you with the Reiki. I suggest lying or sitting on a bed or sofa for the session. If you wish the it can take place over a video call, though this is not necessary. After the session I will connect with you again over video/phone/email to let you know any guidance and hear about your experience.

Reiki with Hypnosis

1 hr··£40

A deep clearing of the energetic body and mind, using a combination of hypnosis and reiki.

To begin, I’ll check each of your chakras in turn to identify any imbalances.

Next I’ll use Hypnosis to guide you into a comfortable and deep state of relaxation and deepen the chakra balancing work.

Using light-touch and non-contact hand positions, I’ll channel reiki into the chakras to bring them into balance.

At the end of the session I’ll explain any imbalances or blockages identified and treated and what they relate to within the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
